I ordered a pack of a dozen 720ml glass jars. They were shipped all the way from the Coast to Elgeyo Marakwet County! Shipping was indeed free as displayed on the website. Jams & Jars used EMS speed post to send the package. The package was dispatched on 9th October and I received it on 15th October ( It took 5 working days). I thought this was very reasonable timing. Upon arrival, the box of jars was very well sealed and also very well packed and in perfect condition without any breakagss despite the long shipping distance. The only “down side” was that the jars though 720ml, seemed wider than they were taller. The picture on the website seems to show a tall 720ml jar. I received short 720ml jars. I had no big problem with that as they were for personal use and I was flexible, for someone who was very keen on the height of the actual product as displayed on the website, this would have been slightly disappointing. I emailed Jams and Jars on 15th October just to make an enquiry on the reason for the difference in appearance, but have yet to receive a response 4 days later. It could also be that the image on the site is accurate but needs for someone to indicate actual height of the jars so that the customer is aware? In addition, communication from Jams and Jars, on specific enquiries directed to them via email is slightly slow. Someone should keep this in mind when dealing with them. All in all, however, my experience was overall great for the purpose for which I was purchasing my jars and I will definitely be making future purchases from them again. Great value for money!
